HR Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated HR Coordinator to provide high‑quality administrative support to our HR team. The role ensures smooth operation of HR processes, maintains accurate records and acts as the first point of contact for employee queries.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain up‑to‑date manual and electronic HR records.
• Process leavers, calculate holiday payouts and manage right‑to‑work checks.
• Monitor probationary and exit interview processes.
• Coordinate absence management, including ETI breaches and return‑to‑work procedures.
• Provide HR reports and analysis as required.
• Assist payroll with holiday and sick‑day information.
• Support case management for employee relations issues.

Required profile

• Previous experience as an administrator or HR administrator is preferred.
• Strong organisational abilities and the capacity to prioritise tasks.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
