HR Manager – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join a leading international professional services organisation on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract in London. Working in a hybrid model, you will partner with senior leaders to shape and deliver people strategies that drive performance and enhance the employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior stakeholders to develop and implement people strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Coach and support leaders on people management, employee engagement and leadership development.
• Drive talent management, succession planning and retention initiatives.
• Lead performance management processes, including objective setting, reviews and calibration.
• Champion diversity, equity and inclusion and promote an inclusive workplace culture.
• Manage workforce planning, headcount analysis and organisational design considerations.
• Provide commercially‑focused HR advice on employee relations matters.
• Collaborate with recruitment and learning teams to support talent acquisition and development.

Required profile

• Proven HR Business Partnering or HR Manager experience in a complex, fast‑paced organisation.
• Strong background in talent management, employee engagement, performance management and employee relations.
• Excellent stakeholder management with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Commercial mindset with data‑driven decision‑making.
• Effective communication, coaching and relationship‑building skills.
• Collaborative, proactive and solution‑focused approach.
