HR Manager – 6‑Month Fixed‑Term (Potential Extension)

About the role

This 6‑month fixed‑term position (with a high likelihood of extension) supports a leading financial services firm across EMEA and APAC. The HR Manager will own the full employee lifecycle, ensure regulatory compliance, and act as a trusted partner to senior leaders in a highly regulated environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily HR operations and the Workday HRIS.
• Maintain accurate HR data, ensure integrity, and meet regulatory reporting standards.
• Lead employee‑relations cases and serve as an escalation point.
• Support performance‑management, goal‑setting, and talent processes.
• Deliver HR projects across multiple jurisdictions aligned with business needs.
• Partner with senior leaders to embed HR best practices within financial services.
• Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, development, retention, and off‑boarding.
• Ensure robust data privacy and manage external HR vendors.

Required profile

• Degree in HR, Business or a related field.
• Proven HR experience in financial services.
• Experience in global or European HR functions.
• Strong understanding of labour law and HR governance in regulated environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and analytical abilities.
• Proactive, adaptable and able to work autonomously.
