About the role
We are seeking an HR Manager with a CIPD Level 5 qualification to lead the HR function for a fast‑growing playground equipment manufacturer based in Kingsbridge. You will have full autonomy to shape HR strategy, support business growth and embed the company’s values across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Strategic planning for future business growth.
- Ensure company compliance with HR legislation.
- Oversee maintenance of employment files and review HR policies.
- Support and lead HR projects and deliver outcomes to the team.
- Liaise with teams, stakeholders and senior leadership.
Required profile
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR role.
- CIPD Level 5 qualification.
- Ability to work autonomously in a rapidly expanding business.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Required skills
What we offer
- Salary £45,000‑£50,000 per year.
- Overtime, progression opportunities, training and comprehensive company benefits.
- Standard office hours: Monday‑Friday, 8 am‑4:30 pm.
