HR Manager (CIPD Level 5) – Kingsbridge

About the role

We are seeking an HR Manager with a CIPD Level 5 qualification to lead the HR function for a fast‑growing playground equipment manufacturer based in Kingsbridge. You will have full autonomy to shape HR strategy, support business growth and embed the company’s values across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Strategic planning for future business growth.
• Ensure company compliance with HR legislation.
• Oversee maintenance of employment files and review HR policies.
• Support and lead HR projects and deliver outcomes to the team.
• Liaise with teams, stakeholders and senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR role.
• CIPD Level 5 qualification.
• Ability to work autonomously in a rapidly expanding business.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
