HR Manager – EMEA (UK based)

About the role

Off-Piste Wines is seeking a UK‑based HR Manager to lead Human Resources across the EMEA region. You will partner with regional leaders and global HR teams to drive initiatives that support business growth and foster a strong organisational culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, onboarding and talent management processes for multiple countries.
• Partner with business leaders on organisational planning and team development.
• Oversee payroll, benefits administration and labour‑law compliance across the EMEA region.
• Drive culture, engagement and performance management initiatives.
• Implement global HR processes adapted to regional needs.
• Manage HR metrics, budgets and external vendor relationships.
• Promote organisational change and leadership development programmes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• More than 10 years of HR experience, preferably in multinational or matrix organisations.
• Strong knowledge of labour legislation and HR practices in international environments.
• Experience in the wine or FMCG industry is a plus.
• Full‑time availability based in the United Kingdom.
