HR Ops & Systems Specialist

About the role

TradingHub is looking for a People Operations & Systems Specialist to own and evolve its HR technology stack. You will be the custodian of the HRIS, automation workflows and emerging AI agents, ensuring seamless employee experiences across a global footprint.

Key responsibilities

• Own and optimise the People tech stack, including HiBob, Happl, integrations and HR AI agents.
• Design, implement and maintain automated People processes throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Manage HR systems integrations, data integrity and reporting for multiple offices.
• Oversee background screening, right‑to‑work checks and UK visa sponsorship compliance.
• Deliver smooth onboarding and off‑boarding experiences.
• Produce compliance documentation and support strategic People projects.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of HRIS or People Operations experience, preferably with HiBob.
• Proven ability to configure HR systems, workflows, automations and integrations.
• Familiarity with AI tools or agents in an HR context.
• Good understanding of UK employment compliance and employee‑lifecycle processes.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical mindset and attention to detail.
