HR & Recruitment Coordinator (12‑Month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

We are looking for a junior HR Associate/Recruitment Coordinator to support a global financial services firm on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. The role sits at the centre of the employee lifecycle, handling recruitment coordination, onboarding and day‑to‑day HR administration. It offers a hands‑on opportunity to develop a career in HR within a fast‑paced professional services environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own global recruitment coordination – schedule interviews, communicate with candidates and collect feedback.
• Manage end‑to‑end onboarding, including HRIS set‑up, benefits enrolment, background checks and new‑joiner communications.
• Serve as the first point of contact for the HR inbox, ensuring timely responses to queries.
• Support benefits administration and maintain accurate employee documentation.
• Keep employee records up to date in the HRIS.
• Contribute to process‑improvement initiatives as the HR function scales.

Required profile

• Experience working in financial services is essential.
• Strong organisational abilities with the capacity to juggle competing priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail, ownership and follow‑through.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
• HR or People Operations experience – preferably within professional or financial services.
• Proactive, service‑minded attitude with a desire to grow within HR.

Required skills

• Familiarity with HR information systems (HRIS) for onboarding and employee data management.
