HR & Recruitment Coordinator – London Head Office

About the role

Christian Dior Couture is looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented HR & Recruitment Coordinator to join its London Head Office team. Working full‑time, you will support HR functions across both retail stores and the corporate office, ensuring a smooth recruitment and onboarding experience for new talent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for entry‑level to mid‑senior positions, from job description creation to offer delivery.
• Create and publish vacancy ads on the TalentLink platform for roles across the UK.
• Screen CVs using the ATS, maintaining high attention to detail.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Deliver an exceptional, equitable candidate experience throughout the process.
• Prepare offer letters, contracts, and conduct right‑to‑work checks.
• Onboard new starters via the HRIS system and support payroll documentation.
• Assist the HR team with employee‑relations administration, including note‑taking during ER cases.

Required profile

• 6 months to 1 year experience in recruitment or HR administration (internship or junior role).
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
