HRIS Analyst

About the role

An HRIS Analyst is sought by a growing international organisation to support and improve its HR technology landscape. The role combines day-to-day HRIS support, system optimisation and project work, working closely with HR, IT and wider stakeholders to solve problems, improve processes and ensure the technology delivers for its users. It is a full-time hybrid position in London.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 HRIS support, troubleshoot issues and manage escalations
• Configure and maintain workflows, business rules, security and system functionality
• Support system enhancements, upgrades, testing and new functionality
• Identify opportunities to simplify, automate and improve HR processes
• Support HRIS projects from requirements gathering through to implementation
• Manage data quality, governance, reporting and workforce analytics
• Support integrations with payroll, finance and other business systems
• Work with vendors, IT and HR stakeholders to resolve issues and deliver improvements
• Support user adoption through documentation, training and effective communication

Required profile

• 3+ years' experience in HRIS platform support
• Hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience (essential)
• Experience supporting HRIS projects, enhancements or implementations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent stakeholder and communication skills
• Customer-focused mindset with a genuine interest in improving the end-user experience

• Integrations, APIs, SFTP or middleware (advantageous)
• Exposure to SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Benefits or Compensation (advantageous)
