HRIS Manager – 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract

About the role

We are seeking an HRIS Manager for a six‑month fixed‑term assignment to own and optimise our global HRIS platform (SuccessFactors). Reporting to the HR Services Director, you will drive system improvements, ensure data accuracy and support business transformation across our worldwide workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the global SuccessFactors HRIS, maintaining data integrity and functionality.
• Lead system configuration, reporting, testing and continuous enhancements.
• Develop and support the HRIS roadmap aligned with business priorities.
• Manage and mentor the HRIS support team.
• Build strong relationships with global and regional stakeholders.
• Identify and implement process‑streamlining and automation opportunities.
• Communicate system updates, releases and new functionality.
• Deliver training to employees and managers on HR systems and processes.
• Provide expert guidance on configuration and reporting challenges.
• Collaborate with People teams and senior leaders to optimise HR operations.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in HRIS and People Analytics.
• Experience with SuccessFactors or similar HR systems.
• Advanced Excel and data‑management skills.
• Proven project‑management experience in a global environment.
• Excellent communication ability to simplify technical concepts.
• Proactive, inquisitive mindset focused on continuous improvement.
• Good knowledge of HR processes such as payroll, recruitment, talent and reward.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities.
• Experience delivering training to large groups.
