Human Resources Officer – 5 Star Hotel

About the role

Join the Human Resources team at a prestigious 5‑star hotel in Mayfair, London. As a Human Resources Officer you will partner with the HR Manager, department heads and the General Manager to drive employee engagement, support recruitment and uphold HR best practices across the property.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the HR Manager in delivering the full HR lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding and learning & development.
• Support employee relations initiatives, handling queries and promoting a positive workplace culture.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and ensure timely recruitment.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Contribute to employee engagement programmes and wellbeing activities.

Required profile

• Recent experience in a Human Resources role within a hotel or comparable hospitality environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage recruitment, learning & development and employee relations processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to interact with staff at all levels.

Required skills

• Knowledge of HR best practices and employment legislation.
• Proficiency in HR administration and record‑keeping.
