Hybrid Mortgage Broker – Darlington & Middlesbrough

About the role

This hybrid mortgage broker role supports a fast‑growing estate‑agency financial services business across Darlington, Middlesbrough and the wider North East. You will work flexibly, combining office‑based and remote activities while delivering whole‑of‑market mortgage and protection advice to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide whole‑of‑market mortgage and protection advice to customers.
• Conduct client appointments both face‑to‑face and remotely.
• Convert estate‑agency leads into completed mortgage business.
• Build and maintain relationships with branch teams and introducers.
• Manage and progress mortgage pipelines to successful completion.
• Deliver excellent customer outcomes and maintain high service standards.

Required profile

• Full CeMAP qualification or equivalent CAS status.
• Previous experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker.
• Strong knowledge of residential mortgage products.
• Commercial, target‑driven approach with ability to work independently.
• Estate‑agency experience preferred.
