Key responsibilities

• Conduct telephone, video or face‑to‑face assessments to understand the impact of physical, mental health or chronic pain conditions.
• Produce detailed Personal Independence Payment (PIP) reports for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) to support eligibility decisions.
• Maintain accurate records and follow assessment guidelines while providing compassionate support to customers.
• Participate in ongoing training, supervision and mentorship to continuously improve clinical assessment skills.

Required profile

• Valid NMC registration number.
• Minimum one year of post‑registration adult or mental health nursing experience, gained in or outside the NHS.
• Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available).
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Comfortable using computer software to produce detailed reports.
