IFA Administrator – Wealth Management (Hybrid/Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to support a successful financial adviser within a well‑established wealth management practice. The role combines administrative support with client‑facing tasks and offers a flexible hybrid working model.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update client records and financial advice documentation.
• Prepare and process paperwork for financial plans, compliance checks and regulatory filings.
• Coordinate client meetings, appointments and follow‑up communications.
• Assist with the preparation of reports, statements and performance reviews.
• Ensure all administrative processes adhere to industry standards and internal policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an IFA Administrator or similar financial services administrator.
• Ideally holds an FA1 qualification or equivalent.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and attend the Horsham office once per quarter.
