About the role

We are looking for adaptable and confident Teaching Assistants to provide support across secondary schools in Plymouth. The role is flexible, allowing you to work in different classes and subjects while gaining diverse experience.

Key responsibilities

Provide general classroom support for Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
Assist with behaviour management and student engagement.
Support small groups or individual students with tailored assistance.
Adapt quickly to new school environments and integrate with different teaching teams.

Required profile

Experience working with young people, especially secondary‑school age.
Confident, adaptable and reliable personality.
Strong communication skills for interacting with students and staff.
Ability to build positive relationships with pupils.

Required skills

No specific technical skills required.
