Immigration Paralegal – Luton (Full‑time)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Immigration Paralegal to join a busy legal team in Luton. The role offers the chance to work on a diverse range of personal and business immigration matters while gaining qualifying work experience towards solicitor qualification.

Key responsibilities

• Support solicitors and fee‑earners on Skilled Worker, Sponsor Licence, Global Business Mobility, ILR, naturalisation and other immigration applications.
• Prepare comprehensive application packs, gather supporting documentation and draft client correspondence.
• Conduct legal research using Immigration Rules, Home Office guidance and relevant case law.
• Review client documents, assess eligibility and manage case deadlines.
• Liaise with clients to obtain information, provide updates and manage expectations.
• Maintain accurate case records and comply with internal procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months’ experience in UK immigration law.
• Strong understanding of Home Office requirements and immigration processes.
• Excellent legal research and drafting abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple deadlines.
• Effective communicator with solid client‑care skills.
• Commitment to a long‑term career in immigration law.
