Implementation Trainer

About the role

FDM Group, a global business and technology consultancy, is looking for an Implementation Trainer with active SC clearance to support a public‑sector client. The role is initially a six‑month contract, fully remote with occasional travel to London or Manchester, and focuses on delivering data‑classification training that enables users to apply labels accurately in real‑world scenarios.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver high‑quality training sessions, both live and pre‑recorded, tailored to diverse user groups.
• Facilitate engaging, interactive learning experiences to maximise understanding and adoption.
• Create and maintain hands‑on training materials, including demo environments that simulate real‑world use cases and scenario‑based exercises.
• Collect user feedback, continuously refine training content and delivery methods.
• Provide ongoing insights to the Product and Training Lead to improve the overall programme.

Required profile

• Active SC clearance and recent experience (within the past 12 months) working in a government department.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, user‑friendly guidance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills.

Required skills

• Experience creating engaging training materials and practical exercises.
• Proven ability to deliver both live and recorded training sessions.
• Familiarity with building demo environments for scenario‑based learning.
