In-House Recruiter – Flexible Full‑time or Part‑time

About the role

We are looking for a proactive In‑House Recruiter to join our Operations team in Bromley. You will partner closely with hiring managers to own the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, while enjoying the flexibility of full‑time or part‑time hours.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for permanent and contract roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer management.
• Proactively source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, networking and referrals.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring timelines.
• Coordinate interview schedules and support the onboarding process alongside HR.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, reporting and talent pipelines for future needs.
• Provide market insights, salary benchmarking and recruitment trend analysis.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an In‑House Recruiter or in a similar full‑cycle recruitment role.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, employment law and GDPR compliance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously with high attention to detail.
