About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Inbound/Outbound Sales Executive to join our growing team in Cheltenham. The role focuses on generating new business opportunities through high‑volume calling and building strong relationships with prospective clients. You will receive full training and ongoing support to help you achieve your sales targets and develop a rewarding career.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls to identify and qualify new business prospects.
• Handle inbound enquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through professional communication.
• Conduct commercial conversations to understand client needs and present suitable solutions.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team and share best practices.

Required profile

• Confident and comfortable speaking on the phone.
• Positive, resilient and target‑driven attitude.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated and hungry to succeed.
• Proactive mindset with high energy and personality.
• Previous sales or cold‑calling experience is beneficial but not essential.

• Basic salary of £25,000‑£28,000 per year.
