Independent Financial Adviser (Hybrid/Office)

About the role

Join an award‑winning Chartered Independent Financial Planning firm with over 20 years of market presence. The role involves delivering holistic wealth advice to a diverse portfolio of personal and corporate clients, working from our Fareham head office, with the flexibility to use our Dorchester or Chiswick sites for client meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive financial planning and wealth management services to existing and new clients.
• Conduct client meetings, risk assessments, and develop tailored investment strategies.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and firm policies.
• Collaborate with the administration and management team to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Identify opportunities for cross‑selling and business development.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma level (e.g., DipFA) with proven experience as a Financial Adviser or Planner.
• Strong understanding of personal and corporate wealth planning.
• Ability to work independently and manage a client portfolio.
• Motivated, ambitious and ready to take the next career step.
