Independent Financial Adviser – Retiring Directors Client Base

About the role

An award‑winning independent financial advice (IFA) business in Sevenoaks is seeking an experienced Financial Adviser to inherit a well‑established client base of retiring directors. You will be responsible for delivering professional advice to this portfolio while receiving full administrative support from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Service and grow an existing portfolio of retiring directors and related clients.
• Provide independent, tailored financial advice in line with client objectives.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure efficient client service.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Financial Adviser, preferably within an IFA environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work with senior clients, such as retiring directors.
• Willingness to work on‑site at least three days per week in a hybrid model.

What we offer

• Base salary ranging from £60,000 to £75,000 per year.
