Independent Travel Advisor – Remote

About the role

As an Independent Travel Advisor you will work remotely full‑time, helping clients design and book personalized travel experiences. You will act as the main point of contact, translating client wishes into seamless itineraries.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with individuals, couples and families to understand travel goals.
• Research destinations, accommodations, transportation and activities.
• Prepare and present tailored travel options, ensuring clear and timely communication.
• Book and coordinate all travel components, maintaining accurate documentation.
• Provide ongoing support, address client questions, and resolve any issues that arise.
• Promote special offers, group travel opportunities and company‑provided tools.
• Develop and grow your own book of business using the company’s training and resources.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to delivering positive travel experiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with reliable internet.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet client needs.
• Prior experience in travel advising, hospitality or other customer‑facing roles is preferred but not required.
