Indirect Procurement & Sourcing Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Indirect Procurement & Sourcing Manager to join a fast‑growing global B2B technology business. Based in London, you will work with a New York‑based team to deliver strategic sourcing solutions, manage indirect spend and support major US clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end sourcing and procurement activities across multiple indirect spend categories.
• Run competitive RFP/RFQ events, evaluate suppliers and negotiate commercial terms.
• Develop and expand the regional supplier network while maintaining strong relationships.
• Support category‑management initiatives using market intelligence, spend analysis and data‑driven insights.
• Ensure efficient supplier onboarding, compliance and contract documentation.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Customer Success, Legal, Finance and Product teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of experience in sourcing and procurement, preferably in indirect spend.
• Background at Procurement Specialist or Manager level.
• Experience in regulated sectors (pharma, FMCG, financial services, healthcare) is a plus.
• Strong commercial negotiation skills and proven RFx process management.
• Knowledge of supplier relationship management and category management.
• Comfortable using procurement technology, data analysis and AI‑enabled sourcing tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
