Industrial Engineer

About the role

Join Bentley Motors through Adecco as an Industrial Engineer in Crewe, supporting the planning and execution of manufacturing projects across multiple zones. You will work in a hybrid environment, balancing on‑site collaboration with remote tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver detailed manufacturing plans that meet project feasibility requirements.
• Implement Quality Planning (APQP) processes during pre‑series and series production.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve manufacturing and process challenges.
• Lead cost‑saving initiatives and manage associated budgets.
• Oversee engineering change introductions in line with project timelines.

Required profile

• Strong technical background in product assembly and process design.
• Experience working cross‑functionally within a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication and influencing abilities.
• Passion for continuous improvement and problem‑solving.
