About the role
We are seeking an Industrial Field Service Engineer to join a market‑leading company in the West Midlands. The role is field‑based, offering full on‑the‑job training to become a specialist Vacuum Furnace Engineer while supporting a growing client base.
Key responsibilities
- Service, maintain and repair vacuum furnaces at customer sites.
- Diagnose faults and perform corrective actions efficiently.
- Provide technical advice and support to customers during visits.
- Document service activities and report findings to the central team.
- Work overtime when required to meet client deadlines.
Required profile
- Industrial electrician or similar background.
- Experience in maintenance or service engineering.
- Motivation to undertake training and develop specialist skills.
- Willingness to travel across the West Midlands region.
