Influencer Director

About the role

We are seeking an Influencer Director to lead high‑impact influencer campaigns for innovative AI, SaaS and technology brands. This senior role will shape client success, drive agency growth and mentor a growing team, all while working fully remotely across the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end influencer marketing campaigns on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn.
• Act as the senior strategic contact for key client accounts, overseeing strategy, delivery and optimisation.
• Identify upsell opportunities, support contract renewals and contribute to new‑business pitches.
• Mentor junior team members and improve internal processes.
• Report on campaign performance and ensure client retention.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media or client services.
• Proven track record managing high‑value client relationships and delivering multi‑channel campaigns.
• Commercial mindset with a focus on account growth.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Passion for social media, creators and emerging digital trends.
