Influencer Marketing Senior Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Influencer Marketing Senior Specialist to join Morphe’s UK/EMEA team. Based in our Marylebone office with a hybrid schedule, you will shape and execute influencer strategies that drive brand awareness and commercial growth across the UK, Ireland and European markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand goals and market trends.
• Manage end‑to‑end paid influencer campaigns, from talent identification and negotiation to briefings, legal contracting and content delivery.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with influencers, talent managers and cultural tastemakers, maintaining a tiered influencer database using Creator IQ and internal records.
• Collaborate with the global social team and cross‑functional departments (retail, education, operations, wholesale) to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
• Coordinate sample distribution for events and manage relationships with external suppliers.
• Track performance, produce regular analytics reports and use insights to optimise future campaigns.

Required profile

• Proven experience in influencer marketing within the beauty or cosmetics sector.
• Strong strategic thinking with a creative mindset.
• Excellent relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple internal teams and external agencies.
