Influencer Relations & PR Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Influencer Relations & PR Manager to join a leading luxury beauty business. The role will drive strategic influencer partnerships, media relations, and high‑profile brand activations across a portfolio of premium beauty and fragrance brands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated influencer and PR strategies for luxury beauty brands.
• Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, creators, and industry partners.
• Identify, negotiate, and secure impactful influencer collaborations and media opportunities.
• Lead planning and execution of brand launches, events, and PR activations.
• Manage press office activities, including media enquiries and proactive outreach.
• Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with internal teams and global stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Manage budgets and ensure timely, high‑quality delivery of campaigns.
• Stay ahead of trends in the creator economy and luxury beauty sector.

Required profile

• Proven track record in PR, influencer marketing, talent relations, or a similar communications role.
• Strong network within beauty, fashion, luxury, or lifestyle media and influencer communities.
• Demonstrated success delivering PR and influencer campaigns.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship‑building skills.
• Highly organised with strong project‑management capabilities.
• Creative, commercially minded, and proactive.
