About the role
Hogan Lovells is recruiting an Infrastructure Finance Senior Associate for its London office within the Infrastructure, Energy, Resources and Projects (IERP) Banking team. The Banking team focuses on the financing side of infrastructure, energy, resources and project finance transactions, covering sectors such as renewables, power, clean energy, utilities, transport, defence, healthcare, mining, oil and gas and digital, and the full asset lifecycle.
The practice has advised on more than US$250bn of closed infrastructure and project finance deals and regularly represents project sponsors, investors, lenders and financial institutions, funds, contractors, insurers, sovereigns and governments on projects across Asia, Africa, Europe, Latin America, the Middle East and the United States.
Working conditions
- 35 hours per week, 9:30am to 5:30pm, though additional hours may be required.
- Flexible and agile working patterns considered; hybrid working allows up to 40% of time working from home and 60% in the office.
