Infrastructure Software Engineer

About the role

As an Infrastructure Software Engineer at Coram AI you will help build and maintain the edge and cloud stack that powers a large fleet of IoT security devices. You will work on both cloud‑native services in AWS and custom software that runs on thousands of remote devices, ensuring reliability, security and scalability.

Key responsibilities

• Write and maintain production‑grade code for the custom edge infrastructure stack.
• Provision and manage resources on AWS, including large‑scale IaC deployments.
• Build and operate provisioning pipelines for hundreds of thousands of IoT devices in the field.
• Create CI/CD and automation pipelines for various components of the stack.
• Implement observability and telemetry across cloud applications and edge devices using tools such as Grafana and Prometheus.
• Support compliance initiatives (SOC 2, HIPAA) and maintain security standards.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience building production infrastructure on AWS using IaC tools like Pulumi or Terraform.
• Strong background with Docker, Kubernetes (especially EKS) and modern programming languages such as Python or Go.
• Proven ability to design CI/CD pipelines and automate large‑scale deployments.
• Experience with edge/IoT platforms, Yocto, OTA updates and remote device management.
