Inside Sales Account Manager (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking an Inside Sales Account Manager to join our Comms‑Care team in Northwich. You will manage a portfolio of customer accounts, helping them maximise the value of our services while identifying growth opportunities. This hybrid role offers a blend of office collaboration and remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of customer accounts, building strong, lasting relationships.
• Understand customer needs and goals to help them get the most from our services.
• Identify upselling, cross‑selling and renewal opportunities to grow existing accounts.
• Engage with customers via calls, emails and other channels to uncover opportunities.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline from initial enquiry through to completion.
• Collaborate with the wider sales team to deliver optimal outcomes for customers.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience while supporting both customer success and business growth.

Required profile

• Experience in inside sales, account management, business development or a similar customer‑focused sales role.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Proactive approach to identifying opportunities and supporting account growth.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with customers and colleagues at all levels.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience working with CRM systems and maintaining an accurate sales pipeline.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work closely with wider sales and support teams.
