Inside Sales Executive – B2B (Crawley)

About the role

As an Inside Sales Executive you will work from our Crawley office, contacting both existing and prospective B2B clients to promote a portfolio of technology‑driven products and solutions. You will be supported by a strong sales team and modern tools, enabling you to hit and exceed targets while building long‑term client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Reach out to existing B2B customers to discuss product upgrades, renewals and additional technology solutions.
• Generate new business by prospecting and qualifying potential corporate clients.
• Collaborate with the field sales team on larger accounts to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, with the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions.

Required profile

• Motivated, outgoing communicator with a strong desire to earn high commissions.
• Ability to build relationships and work effectively within a team environment.
• Willingness to learn about technology products and develop sales expertise.
• Ambition to progress to senior sales, field sales or management roles.
