Inside Sales Executive – B2B Technology Solutions

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Inside Sales Executive to join our technology solutions team. You will work with existing B2B clients, helping them maximise the value of our product portfolio while driving retention and upsell opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with a large base of existing business customers to educate them on our technology products.
• Identify opportunities for upgrades, cross‑sell and renewals, and present tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with the field sales team on larger deals, win‑back campaigns and warm‑lead generation.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and pipeline in the CRM system.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to uncapped commission earnings.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and comfortable working in a team.
• Desire to develop a long‑term career in sales with opportunities for progression.
