Inside Sales Executive – Construction Software

About the role

We are launching a new construction‑software offering in the UK and need a motivated Inside Sales Executive to build our customer base. This fully remote position will focus on generating leads, engaging prospects, and driving revenue for a fast‑growing digital construction business.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect architects, engineers and design firms through phone, email and social channels.
• Make high‑volume outbound calls (approximately 100 per day) to present solutions and handle objections.
• Maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients, managing queries and uncovering upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing to qualify leads and with technical teams to support customer requirements.
• Accurately record activity and pipeline data in the CRM and produce regular sales reports.

Required profile

• Strong interest in sales with confidence in cold‑calling and objection handling.
• Excellent communication, organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Target‑driven, adaptable and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Customer‑focused mindset with analytical problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

What we offer

• £36,000 base salary plus a £24,000 commission package (uncapped revenue‑based £14,400 and KPI‑based £9,600).
