Inside Sales & Lead Generation Manager – Lead Team & Drive Revenue

About the role

We are seeking an Inside Sales & Lead Generation Manager to lead our internal sales team in Rochdale. You will shape strategy, build capability and drive revenue growth in a fast‑paced B2B environment, working closely with Sales and Marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Inside Sales and Lead Generation professionals, setting KPIs and conducting performance reviews.
• Recruit, onboard and continuously develop new team members.
• Partner with Marketing to maximise lead generation campaigns and outbound initiatives, monitoring lead quality and conversion rates.
• Ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified appointments and sales opportunities for field sales.
• Own pipeline reporting, forecasting and CRM accuracy, and optimise sales processes and workflows.
• Leverage technology, automation and CRM tools to improve efficiency and scalability while maintaining data quality and GDPR compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience leading an Inside Sales, SDR or Lead Generation function.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable commercial results in a B2B setting.
• Strong ability to set clear objectives, coach teams and drive continuous improvement.
