Insolvency Solicitor – London (Hybrid)

About the role

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Insolvency Solicitor to join the highly regarded Dispute Resolution team of a Legal 100 firm in London. You will manage a varied caseload of insolvency litigation matters, advising and representing company directors in claims involving breach of duty, director misconduct, loan accounts, preferences and undervalue transactions. The role also includes handling shareholder disputes and broader commercial litigation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of insolvency litigation cases.
• Advise and represent company directors on breach of duty and misconduct matters.
• Handle shareholder disputes and related commercial litigation.
• Provide counsel on director’s loan accounts, preferences, and undervalue transactions.

Required profile

• Experience handling insolvency litigation matters.
• Strong background in commercial disputes.
• Proven experience advising company directors and shareholders.
• Excellent organisational and client management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
