Insurance Account Handler (Hybrid)

About the role

Everywhen, an insurance broker and advisory firm based in Sandbach, is hiring an Insurance Account Handler. The role suits someone who enjoys customer service or sales and wants to build strong relationships with clients. It is a Monday to Friday position with a hybrid working arrangement.

Key responsibilities

• Support a designated client portfolio and act as the first point of contact for those clients.
• Build strong relationships and support clients with their queries as they arise.

Required profile

• Experience in the insurance industry is essential.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial and willing to learn, with curiosity.
• Customer service experience, confident on the phone and face to face.
• Team player with a positive, collaborative outlook and resilience to change.
• Honesty and integrity, important in a financially regulated organisation.
