Insurance Advisor - High-Net-Worth & Non-Standard

About the role

Howden is looking for an Insurance Advisor to join its growing New Business Team at Highworth Insurance. The role sits within a highly successful part of the business and offers the chance to develop your career in high-net-worth and non-standard insurance. You will drive new clients and work closely with introducers and Directors to achieve objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Drive new clients and build new business
• Work closely with introducers and Directors to meet targets
• Advise clients on products and solutions based on their needs, identifying opportunities

Required profile

• Experience developing and building relationships within the insurance sector
• Experience negotiating terms and premiums with insurers
• Passion for excellent customer service and winning new clients
• Tenacity, business curiosity and willingness to learn
• Consultative approach, effective questioning and active listening
