Insurance Onboarding Manager

About the role

The Insurance Onboarding Manager will lead the operational implementation of new insurance clients, partners, suppliers, products and services. Working from a hybrid base in central Bristol, you will coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure a smooth transition from onboarding to business‑as‑usual.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end onboarding and transition of new clients, partners and products.
• Coordinate projects across Operations, Claims, Finance and Compliance.
• Develop and manage implementation plans, timelines, risks and dependencies.
• Ensure operational readiness before go‑live, including processes, controls, training and reporting.
• Manage governance, approvals and due‑diligence requirements.
• Resolve issues and keep implementation activities on track.
• Coordinate testing, training and operational hand‑overs.
• Provide clear stakeholder updates and reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business implementation, project management or business analysis within insurance or financial services.
• Strong understanding of onboarding processes for clients, partners or suppliers.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.

• Salary £40,000‑£50,000 DOE per annum.
