Insurance Solicitor – Property Damage (London)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Solicitor specialising in property damage to join a leading commercial insurance team in London. The role offers hybrid working, allowing you to split your time between the office and remote locations while handling high‑value, complex disputes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a personal caseload of complex property‑related claims, including third‑party damage, product liability, policy coverage and subrogated recoveries.
• Provide technical guidance and supervision to junior colleagues.
• Ensure matters progress in line with the firm’s high client‑service standards and tight deadlines.
• Collaborate with a portfolio of high‑profile commercial clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years PQE with proven experience in property damage, property litigation or subrogated recoveries.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to handle demanding caseloads.
• Excellent technical ability in insurance‑related property claims.
• Previous mentoring or supervisory experience is advantageous.
