About the role

Join an award‑winning Legal 500 firm as an Intellectual Property Solicitor, working within a leading IP litigation team that advises high‑profile brands across sports, fashion and consumer sectors. You will manage a diverse caseload of complex IP disputes while mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to business development.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and own a portfolio of trademark, passing‑off, copyright and design rights disputes, with exposure to patent matters.
• Supervise and mentor junior lawyers, providing guidance on case strategy and client communication.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for new business.
• Participate in networking and business‑development initiatives to grow the practice.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5 years post‑qualification experience in intellectual property litigation.
• Strong commercial acumen and a pragmatic, solutions‑focused approach to client service.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Proven ability to supervise or mentor junior colleagues.

Required skills

• Expertise in trademark, passing‑off, copyright and design rights law.
• Familiarity with patent dispute processes.
