Interactive UX/UI Designer – XR & Immersive Projects

About the role

We are seeking an Interactive UX/UI Designer to craft immersive digital experiences for cutting‑edge XR, VR, AR and interactive web applications. You will join a specialist digital media team that delivers industry‑leading learning solutions, collaborating closely with developers, 3D artists and educators.

Key responsibilities

• Design intuitive UX/UI solutions across XR, VR, AR and interactive web platforms.
• Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, design systems and high‑fidelity interfaces.
• Collaborate with developers, 3D artists, producers and stakeholders throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Conduct UX research, usability testing and accessibility reviews to continuously improve experiences.

Required profile

• UX/UI Designer, Interaction Designer or Product Designer with a track record of delivering digital products.
• Experience designing for XR, VR, AR or other immersive interactive applications.
• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD or Sketch.
• Strong background in user research, prototyping and translating complex requirements into engaging experiences.
• Passion for emerging technologies such as XR, AI and digital learning innovation.
