About the role
We are seeking an experienced senior finance leader to take charge of Financial Management and Business Partnering for a large, complex organisation based in Crawley. This interim position offers hybrid working flexibility and is expected to start as soon as possible. The role is a six‑month contract (potentially extendable) at 37.5 hours per week, with a rate of £37.67‑£57.89 per hour.
Key responsibilities
- Provide strategic financial leadership across the business.
- Oversee planning, budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Support transformation programmes and drive financial sustainability.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to improve performance.
- Ensure compliance with financial governance standards.
- Drive business‑partnering initiatives to support decision‑making.
Required profile
- CCAB or CIMA qualification.
- Proven senior financial leadership experience.
- Strong expertise in financial planning, governance and business partnering.
- Track record of leading high‑performing finance teams.
