Interim Finance & Admin Support (3-6 months)

About the role
This temporary, full‑time position supports the finance and administration functions of a client based in Fleet. The role lasts 3‑6 months with a possible extension and involves handling purchase orders, invoices and data analysis.
Key responsibilities
- Process purchase orders and ensure data accuracy.
- Raise, manage and track customer invoices.
- Support the wider finance team with invoicing tasks.
- Maintain and analyse data using Excel and internal systems.
- Assist with logistics‑related administration where required.
- Provide admin support to account managers.
- Communicate with internal teams to keep operations running smoothly.
Required profile
- Previous experience in finance, accounts or bookkeeping.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
- Good organisational abilities and ability to prioritise tasks.
- Team‑oriented communication skills.
- Experience in logistics is a plus but not essential.

What we offer
- Hourly rate of £15‑£16.
- Full‑time (37.5 hours per week) onsite work.
- Fixed‑term contract of 3‑6 months with potential extension.
