Interim Finance Professionals – Various Roles

About the role

Hays is partnering with leading organisations across South East England to provide experienced finance professionals on an interim basis. The positions cover a wide range of finance functions and are designed for candidates who can quickly integrate and deliver results.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day finance support in areas such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and general ledger.
• Process invoices, reconcile accounts and assist with month‑end reporting.
• Support credit control activities and ensure timely collections.
• Assist senior finance managers with ad‑hoc analysis and financial modelling.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in fast‑paced finance environments.
• Ability to hit the ground running and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Confidence working with finance systems and large data sets.
