About the role
This interim, part‑time position supports consultancy projects within the leisure, travel and tourism sector. Based in the South East, you will help ensure project timelines and documentation are accurate and up‑to‑date.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to strategy and consultancy projects.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules and maintain project timelines.
- Prepare, update and archive project documentation and reports.
- Track project progress, flagging any delays and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Enter and verify data in project records with a focus on accuracy.
- Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders as required.
- Handle ad‑hoc administrative tasks and ensure compliance with organisational policies.
Required profile
- Proven experience in administrative or project support roles.
- Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive problem‑solving attitude and attention to detail.
- Interest or knowledge of the leisure, travel and tourism industry is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
