Interim Salesforce CRM Officer (Part‑time)

About the role

We are seeking an Interim Salesforce CRM Officer to manage the day‑to‑day administration of Salesforce CRM and Account Engagement (Pardot) for a leading asset management firm in London. This part‑time, six‑month contract will support marketing and distribution teams, ensuring high data quality and a smooth user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Salesforce CRM and Account Engagement, handling user accounts, permissions, security and system access.
• Maintain data quality, governance standards and CRM best practices.
• Configure and enhance Salesforce functionality, including automation, workflows and custom objects.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards and campaign‑tracking solutions.
• Provide user support, training and documentation.
• Collaborate with a third‑party agency to deliver the Salesforce roadmap.
• Partner with marketing and distribution teams to design and implement CRM solutions.

Required profile

• Previous experience in Salesforce administration and Account Engagement (Pardot).
• Strong knowledge of CRM configuration, automation and data management.
• Proven ability to build reports, dashboards and campaign analytics.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, business‑facing environment.
