Interim Senior FP&A Analyst – Luxury Consumer Brand – London

About the role

This interim position supports a globally recognised luxury consumer product brand during a busy period. You will join the UK Finance team to provide additional capacity for budgeting, forecasting and month‑end reporting, working closely with the Global FP&A and Financial Accounting teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, gathering inputs and updating models
• Prepare P&L, balance sheet and cash‑flow forecasts
• Develop forecasting models, sensitivity analysis and scenario planning
• Prepare variance analysis and monthly reporting packs for the Finance Director
• Review departmental spending and provide commentary to budget holders
• Prepare channel and departmental P&Ls with accurate reconciliations
• Analyse sales trends across UK, EU and ROW regions and deliver data‑driven recommendations
• Support KPI reporting and reconcile sales data to BI reports
• Assist with audit preparation, process improvement and ad‑hoc projects, including ERP delivery

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with 2+ years post‑qualification experience in FP&A or commercial finance
• Experience taking ownership of a full P&L
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of business drivers
• Excellent analytical ability and attention to detail
• Confident communicator able to build trust with senior stakeholders
