Interior Plant Technician – Bristol

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Interior Plant Technician to join our Bristol team. You will travel across Bristol, Reading and surrounding areas, installing and maintaining interior and exterior plant displays for our customers. No prior experience is required – we provide industry‑leading training.

Key responsibilities

• Install and maintain a variety of indoor and outdoor plant and flower displays at client sites.
• Maintain scenting units and replace cartridges as needed.
• Assist with the set‑up of seasonal displays and ensure they meet design specifications.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create agreed‑upon designs and layouts.
• Provide professional, high‑quality customer service on every visit.

Required profile

• Full UK driving licence held for at least two years with no more than six penalty points.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Flexibility to work varied patterns to meet business needs.
• Physical ability to install planters, hanging baskets and work at heights.
• Willingness to undergo a DBS check where required.
